A stylish Victorian style carved Scottish Kenmay granite corbelled fireplace surround. A moulded top shelf sits above a frieze with fluted panels flanked by tall jambs displaying the same fluted design with shaped geometric corbels and shells, all resting on moulded foot blocks.

Scottish Kenmay granite is the same stone that's used in the construction of the Forth Rail Bridge piers, it's noted for its hardness and durability, only small quantities of this stone are available commercially.
