A large and charming antique Edwardian solid Scots oak carved bolection fireplace surround. A well carved bolection moulding consisting of leaf tendrils and berries that continually flows , framed by an ogee border with a generous return section, all resting on square foot blocks. This piece would be at home in both a period and contemporary setting, marble ingrounds could be added to reduce the opening width. Undercoated in French grey ready for final painting by others.
